Our history
Five partners take over a struggling company. Among them, Nicola Ferraboli and Marco Franzoni, both employees, decide to join the new venture with determination and the ambition to achieve something significant.
Dinamec Spa is founded in Bedizzole (BS) and has a total of five partners and five employees.
The global economic crisis affects the entire world, including the newly established Dinamec Spa. With dedication and hard work, Dinamec navigates the difficult years of the global crisis by investing in the study of new technical solutions, implementing its know-how.
The two former colleagues, Marco and Nicola, decide to buy out the stakes of the other three partners and invest in their business vision.
Two partners with approximately 10 employees remain.
The Bedizzole (BS) site becomes too small for Dinamec, which has been steadily growing in all aspects since 2011. As at 1 January 2016, Dinamec has moved its headquarters to Calcinato (BS), a few kilometres away but with greater scope for expansion.
Continued growth and the need to improve operational efficiency leads Dinamec to further expand the production area: Marco and Nicola decide to purchase a nearby warehouse with easy access to the current production area. Since July 2023, the assembly and testing departments, as well as the finished cylinder storage and shipping areas, have been located in this new space.
Dinamec Italia Srl employs nearly 50 people and has achieved a turnover that is five times higher than that of 2010, with a production volume of around 25,000 hydraulic cylinders per year.
