Production process

Dinamec Italia Srl manages the entire production process of hydraulic cylinders in-house, from initial design to final testing.
Thanks to investments in machinery and warehouses integrated with the management system (Industry 4.0), the company is able to plan and monitor production in real time, thereby optimising resources to reduce delivery times and ensure greater flexibility.
Every product we manufacture is the result of in-house design and development, with a strong focus on innovation and customisation, allowing the products to be tailored to the specific needs of our clients.

Production method

PREPARATION OF THE OFFER

A team of experts analyses and interprets the designs and requests received to immediately formulate a proposal that perfectly aligns with the customer's needs.

DESIGN AND DRAWING

The technical department prepares the construction design, and all aspects are defined in synergy with the customer before starting production.

PURCHASING AND PRODUCTION PLANNING

The production planning department, in collaboration with the purchasing department, plans the production of each part of the cylinder from the cutting of the raw material to the final testing phase.

MACHINING

All components are manufactured in-house based on our designs and specifications using state-of-the-art machine tools, many of which are continuously connected to the management system through Industry 4.0 integration.

WELDING

Items that require welding go through this important and delicate phase. Here, welding robots and highly specialised personnel produce welds of the highest functional and aesthetic quality.

ASSEMBLY AND TESTING

The staff then proceeds with the assembly of the cylinders, following specific instructions for each product. Each of these undergoes a rigorous testing phase before being properly packaged and shipped.
If needed, we can offer a painting service through reliable and skilled suppliers.
